    Such a movie
Not that I'm any kind of a true critic but I try to view these movies out of the eyes of my children and when they find it entertaining and they laugh a little while hearing some fun music then it makes the family watch list.

I saw a lot of harsh ratings on this movie, but from my daughters lenses (and they are seven and eight) it's a cute musical and a different spin on a classic. It will never be a classic and as long as you realize that then you will enjoy it.

    Have fun.

    Thoroughly Enjoyed!
I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. It was very delightful. Such a nice modern take on the Cinderella story. Why the hateful reviews and low ratings? Oh I know why 😏

    It was cute
I always like a different take on a classic. It's not groundbreaking but it works. I think the sneakers should of definitely been more creative and popped more. Also I think they should of had Usher influence this movie for more Sick catchy songs and Swagger but all in all its worth a watch.

    Great Retelling of a Classic
My children loved this movie and I enjoyed it too. I see a lot of people speaking about the movie not being diverse but I'm pretty sure thy weren't saying that about the Cinderella stories that proceeded this. The main character is black and so is his love interest, but there are other characters who are not. I believe this movie was relatable and relevant as well as appropriate for all ages.
