    Not what you think
Not sure how to review this without spoiling anything. The movie definitely blindsided me. It leaves you feeling like you just watched "it's a Wonderful Life". It has "A Christmas Story" and "The Princess Bride" themes but is obviously more modern. The production value is great and the child actors are pretty good too. The movie is not very predictable like most cliche Christmas movies. It is entertaining enough to keep your attention and brings it home hard at the end. I would say this is probably the best Christmas movie in the last decade or so. It's not a bad stand alone film either. 8 star ratings are not given lightly.

Absolutely Wonderful Movie for all ages!!
I worked as a paramedic and Cov-Sars -2 Marshal on the production for Mr. Mandelbaum, Whitney Brown, 1st and 2nd Directors, Michael and Andrew ( and a host of young AD's ). The MOST amazing cast and crew, and especially the children. A MUST see for all ages. THIS is a classic that I will cherish forever.

I cover a lot of shows for various production companies ( all great shows ) BUT THIS is treasure!! Highest Praise !!

    Light weight Christmas Story
Would say it's a great family movie. Got something for all ages. But also not overly fun had some moments but never get too funny but not to sad either. Very easy movie.
