    TRUE LOVE must read
I had my IMDB on my phone for years now and this is my first time to make a review! My best love story movie is The Notebook and A walk to remember, now this movie is gonna be one of them! All Girls and Women should watch this.. this is the kind of Man we deserve to have, a man of God, a man that respects us, unconditionally loves us, a man that will pursue us, a man that never gives up on us, a man that's faithful, hardworking, A man that helps us to Grow and a Man that leads us to be someone that God meant for us to be like, and that is to be a Godly Woman. .. please watch it. I pray for everyone who seeks true love, hope you'll find them.

Bittersweet, but more bitter than sweet
Good, pretty good movie, but so hard to digest....most of it at least.

I do assume those were the times, but still, some parts were quite hard to watch and think that this had actually happened.

I'm not talking about watching the scenes per se, but the bunch of thoughts that came with and after those scenes... The biggest question might be: "did she actually have a choice?"...mhm.. I, personally, am not so sure about that.

And it's also more to it than the 'damsel in distress' familiar story. It's also about strongly believing in appearances, belief and strong feelings.

In this portrayed case, I don't think that the common saying of "never forget where you came from" would be much of a help either...(you'll understand when and if you decide to watch the movie).

Anyway.. "Godspeed", as a helpful character did say.:)

Deeply Moving Portrayal of the Triumph of Unconditional Love and Forgiveness
One of the absolute best depictions of the power of unconditional love, redemption and forgiveness I've ever been blessed to watch! If you've ever been betrayed, maligned, mistreated or abused... this film should speak to you on a very deep and significant level. And, it should give you a most precious gift... Hope! So many people believe they are a slave to their past. What a tragic way to live. This film gives a very realistic view into the.dark and gritty side of the evil present in this world and the shear and utter hopelessness many feel once entangled in it's web. But there is Hope... there is always Hope!

I get this is based on a book but...
A decent movie. Reminds me of a Nicholas Spark movie but I just have one question, why does she keep leaving? It's annoying, I'm happy that third time he didn't chase her because I've just about had it with him going after her.

. Btw the ending reminded me of Fifty Shades Freed.

I love that she was able to get pregnant in the end. Not a bad ending to a movie that's so up & down. My emotion was bad for this movie! Not sure if I would rewatch but I think everyone obsessed with the romance genre should give this movie a chance.

Definitely nothing like the book of Hosea....But I get it.
A Christian farm boy asked God for a wife and fell in love with the sexiest Prostitute in town. Loosely based off the Book of Hosea, this is a long story about 'real' love. Love that forgives, love that is tolerant, love that is long suffering, love that doesn't hold the past against you, love that sees the best in worst in people. For a Christian movie, I think they got the message right for the better part of the movie, but I feel the sex scenes could have been shortened or completely done away with. I mean it's for the whole family right? Also aside the fact that the guy was called Michael Hosea who was a Christian and he married a Prostitute, there was really nothing else that could compare to the story in Hosea.

This movie does leave you wondering if we've been doing this whole love thing wrong. But then again you wonder if this is just a one off situation and not necessarily what God expects of every believer. I mean the Bible did say He will not give you more than you can bare. So my take is this, if you are a Christian and you find yourself in love with someone that you truly believe is godsent, you do everything in your power to not let go no matter how messed up they are. But I could be wrong so.
