A movie that will make you stay away from this genre for awhile
Tarot is one of the worst movies I've see in the 'foretold bad futures' type. Teeners are swept up in a wave of boredom while on vacation. They find an ancient deck of tarot cards, and one of the group claims some expertise in card reading and telling futures. I think everyone has seen this kind of movie before, some worse than others, but this one is way down in the worst of worst category. I am not sure why I gave it two stars, should probably be one. Maybe the second star counts for sheer energy, but it is just energy with little direction. I hope some of these actors get over being in a flop of a film. I think a couple of them might have some talent, and with the right script and a decent director.....who knows? Just ok "horror" movie
Note: I'm NOT that skilled person with movies and I just give my personal opinion. And I easily entertained in general.
It's just in middle, not something will prevent you from sleep nor horrendous. You will expect most of the story and you will see the usual stupidity in most other horror movies. Using cheap jump scares and character better off not exiting at all, just to adding to the bad stuff going on. Partly to no feelings towards any character, maybe in some of them for moments but won't lunger in to them for too long "speaking from someone who get attached easily".
The tarot's art is definitely nice and you would have the urge to try them lol. Most monster designs are great too but not terrifying.
It's quite enjoyable but not that great. I see why people are disappointed. But if you looking for movie to pass time and enjoy a little bit, this one is not bad option. - nikparvarmohammadreza - 7 June 2024
zero logic
The big guy survived so random and unfair even tho he did worst in term of surviving and listening to what's going one like a 5 years old kid , and others also died so stupidly even when they knew what they shouldn't do and what they should , I know scary movies are supposed to be like this but this one was by far the worst one , literally unacceptable like i was raging for their actions :) but... the graphical work and AI and quality of since were beautiful. I hope they try to make movies that the actions of their characters actions actually make sense and not acting blind like crazy and acting like a brainless creatures.
