amazing Depiction of a true story
This is not what I expected- but I realise it's exactly what I want end. Thanks Daniel Radcliffe for the perfect spoof of a spoof ! Would most definitely watch again. And. Again. Amazing cameos as well.

I haven't laughed so hard in forever and Radcliffe brings it to life. This film deserves a 7 and whilst at times excessive and overly silly the overall balance is perfect. Please watch and enjoy and then watch it again.

This is certified quintuple platinum. Eat it. Pablo Escobar didn't deserve it of course. But it's clear that weird Als and Madonna's history and drug career are solid and going places.

Great movie, lovely comedy, some small boring scenes
I absolutely loved the movie, cause after all, you can't go wrong with weird Al, he put everything that's weird and satire in this movie and I love it. The Madonna drama, dr dementor, his family, absolutely everything is just really well made and comedy wise it's even better, the references are also really well added. The ending is also extremely funny with the Amish paradise song, the cartel killing him and the end photos showing him edited in photos. My only complain is some boring scenes that drags the movie a bit too long, other than that, it's an absolute perfect movie, sadly it did not release worldwide, however with my English skills I was able to enjoy the movie a lot. Thanks Weird Al.

    Weird how good this was
I actually thought I was going to be watching a comedy documentary about Weird Al Yankovics life, but I had to google that because this movie was just so out there at times!!! I was laughing and interested in the story throughout the movie but you could tell things were being exadurated then I find out this is really just a made up comedy with his songs, still enjoyed hearing my favorites in this movie! Daniel Radcliffe killed it in this role and I couldnt believe he was making me laugh so hard after seeing him in harry potter and woman in black. I think I would've liked to hear more of his classic songs throughout the movie but I also havent seen it in a minute so I might give it a rewatch!

    Not funny @ all
Wow this as stupid. It's the story of Weird Al except everything is made up and it's a parody of a dozen stories of musicians who got famous. Unlike UHF which was really funny, this is just stupid. It's played dead serious and has all of these dark undertones but the main character is Weird Al and I guess that is kind pf a choice you could make but the film gets very boring an slow and stupid mostly all throughout and I don't think I laughed one time. I guess should out to Harry Potter for trying to make this film work but he was poorly cast. I did like the final minute when the main character met his end.

OMG.. this was just beyond PAINFUL!!
We get all the obligatory "no one wants to hear parody songs." If you wanted cliches, you got it. The disapproving father. But even if you get over all the bad cliches, you still have to get over the WAY TOO FORCED humor, which made everything so beyond CRINGE!

Maybe there was an interesting bio somewhere in there, but this was definitely not it.

This was like one of the most unfunny SNL skits that never ends and made into a feature film.

Daniel Radcliffe was totally wrong for this, who is 5'5ft, and Weird Al is 6ft in real life.

I don't think I laughed one time. It was all over the place. I guess the problem is there are no good movies anymore, so anything that is remotely entertaining, even if unfunny, gets praised. It was just SO BAD!!

    SKIP THIS!!

    Not an actuall biografi movie
If you thought this movie was gonna be a movie about the life of Weird Al, you are gonna be disappointed. Yes it has parts of the movie that is taken from his real life, but its more of a parody movie. And the first part of the movie is great. And the actors does a great job through out the whole movie, and Daniel Radcliffe seems like the perfect guy for the role as Weird Al, but in the second half of the movie it sort of goes off the deep end. It gets a little too crazy. Maybe it matches how weird, weird all is, but i was not a big fan of it. It sort of got a little too dumb for my taste. I would have loved for this to be a biography movie about Weird Al and his life. But instead we got this parody movie that in parts just goes too far off the deep end. But hey, if you like a real crazy parody movie then this is for you. But if you wanted a movie about the life of Weird Al? Then maybe skip this one.

The best movie about the best... Well, perhaps not technically the best, but arguably the most famous accordion player in an extremely specific genre of music!
I loved this sm! It's what got me to Weird Al.

Even though it's a mockumentary, it was still amazing, even introduced me to some of Al's songs.

Speaking of the songs, the remakes were amazing! I really loved Amish Paradise, Like A Surgeon, and My Bologna!

Alright, time to pretend this movie is real.

OMG I REALLY LOVED THIS!!! Al's parents were so mean smh >:(((( But his roomates were so awesome :D!!!! OMG madonna killed weird al in the movie 😔😔... OH But H;e's alive now!!! His playtinum records saved hiim from the bad guy (i forgot his name LOLL) anyways, i was super suprised !!!! May weird al rest in piece 😔😔😔.

    I mean peace sry!!!
