    Enjoyable if not memorable
Part 9 brings further colour to Doms background. For the first time, we are introduced to his estranged brother Jakob played by John Cena who is working on the opposite side.

Utilizing flashbacks and younger actors, we get to see more about Doms past, in particular his relationship with his father and brother.

Now settled down to family life with Letty, Dom is quickly brought back into action to investigate a plane crash involving Mr Nobody and a device which can hack weapons systems.

The film doesn't waste any time getting to the action. Within the first 20 minutes the whole crew are back doing what they do best - frantically driving, shooting and fighting mercenaries.

Sean from Tokyo Drift once again returns, this time with with a meatier role alongside Twinkie and Earl. The fact that they have essentially become mad scientists was a bit strange but I still enjoyed their inclusion.

Speaking of Tokyo Drift, Han also returns. It turns out his death was staged as part of a bigger plan. You could throw your eyes up to heaven when you see this, but you wouldn't enjoy much of this franchise if you dislike unbelievable storylines.

The action is great again. Completely ridiculous but as enjoyable as ever. Admittedly going into space was more than a little crazy but honestly, it was inevitable.

Finishing up with the trademark family meal, a blue Nissan Skyline is seen pulling up to the house to join the party. It's nice that Brian is still being included here and it raises a smile.

Honestly, I'd be happy see them make another 9 of these films. 😂

When Insanity Is No Longer Fun
After re-watching Hobbs And Shaw a day prior to this I must say even for a Fast and Furious movie this is too much.

Personally, I think the 6th movie reached the peak of the franchise. Back when the characters still felt a little attached to their backgrounds, personal antagonists could be taken seriously and even Paul Walker was still in the team. The 7th film was still entertaining but I think it continued the franchise beyond a point needed.

Now... the action feels repetitive, the dialogue aimless and the story empty; almost like Rise Of The Skywalker in that it wouldn't be a surprise to learn the movie was filmed as soon as a new idea came to the creative minds behind the scenes without any tweaking and refining. I at the very least expected the action to be entertaining since that's mainly what the franchise has been and yet I couldn't.

I know that sometimes even in non sci-fi movies a degree of suspension of disbelief exists but when you have constant moments of characters falling or crashing heavily into harsh materials and walk it off without the slightest sign of an injury, the audience just can't really feel invested in the action. This in addition to characters whose deaths justified arcs and plotlines of previous installments casually being retconned with a few poor lines stating "It's a long story" AND characters of street level credits fighting off evil next gen spies like either ninjas or the Incredible Hulk (in Dominic's case) really show how little effort went into keeping the audience interested.

Everything gives the idea that the movie just wants to reach the finish line as soon as possible ever since the first 9 minutes. This movie truly feels like the stereotype of a lame nerdy early 2010s superhero movie that movie snubs would suggest MCU was. You have characters awkwardly standing or sitting while giving paragraphs of emotionless exposition like a Bethesda NPC, Random cries of joy and satisfaction from various characters after every explosive moment just so they'd let you know they still exist and thousands of speaches about emotional developments and journeys everyone has had before the events of the actual movie with the sad part being that most of the single lines could be stretched into their own movie and by putting a ton of them in every scene the movie comes off as confusingly shallow, exhausting and wasted.

Cena brings the fake wrestling script to this one.
This is as bad as a Transformer movie. Terrible action sequences. Bad acting. Thin plot. Overpaid actors just trying to finish a franchise to get paid.

You said 10 movies Mr Diesel, lets turn the idiocy down a lot for the last installment and just make it about the cars again.

Get rid of the supermagnets, get rid of the mid engine rocket cars, turn off the world is about to fall apart unless the ragtag racing family can stop it. Stop the cameos, turn off the horrible soundtrack, get rid of the John Woo fight scenes. Take it back to the original...

MAKE IT A LITTLE CLOSER TO REALITY

Cuz right now its as bad as the Friday the 13th series or Scary Movie attempts.

What a car crash of a movie
This is one of the stupidest movies I've seen in a very long time. The beginning of this franchise was never going to win any awards but at least had some soul and presence. As the series has progressed, each film has devolved into more and more action and less and less common sense.

This film is a mish mosh of action sequences that try to outdo each other with no semblance of plot, character, or anything related to common sense. Not to spoil the movie or anything, but all that needs to be said to describe the idiocy of this film is this: They use a car to destroy a satellite in orbit by driving through it.

    WHAT?

    Heart Pounding Action
I absolutely enjoyed watching this flick. I was not disappointed. If it is action you are looking for and a somewhat plausible storyline, then grab your popcorn. You won't be disappointed.

I was pleasantly surprised to see the return of an old face. Great twist there. John Cena's addition to the mix adds to the overall awesomeness of the show.

I also liked that a bit of background about Toretto senior was provided and it threw some light on Dom's hardiness.

The cars!!!! Ooh I just love the beauty of all the cars. Absolutely smashing and oh, expect a lot of destruction.

A great flick. Grab your popcorn. Enjoy.

    Unrealistic
It's the most unrealistic movie in recent time.

Can any individual go to space ??

They have defied all laws of science.

    Newton must be crying somewhere.
