The only MAGIC here is how unremarkable this is
I was a pretty solid fan of the first DR Strange movie. I was a pretty decent fan of WandaVision (especially those last 2 episodes). I was NOT, however, as big a fan of this flick. Somehow LEGENDARY director Sam Raimi made what could have been not only an intensely heartwarming story but the story that could have SAVED Marvel during this time and made it maybe worse than it could have been. I can BARELY remember this film, that's how BAD it is. The villain makes NO sense why she turned evil if you're one of the MANY people not paying attention to the many Disney plus shows. The only really interesting part was universe 838 and we all know how THAT went.

I could predict literally every moment of the movie
I could predict literally every moment of the movie a few minutes or longer before it happened. It was incredibly boring so I stopped watching half way through. The CGI was not very good either. Sometimes it felt like I was watching an animation movie with real life characters put into it. Like a reversed spacejam. Honestly it is hard to understand how anyone can still enjoy marvel movies. This one convinced me to stop watching the new ones. There is not much more I wanna say about this movie because it doesn't deserve more words. The website just forces me to write these words. Thank you school projects.

    MCU formula done badly
I think everyone can agree that Thanos caused a major problem for MCU. Now they have to resort to turning heroes into villains to make it interesting - but in this case the hero turning into villain and the whole shebang already happened in WandaVision. This movie just presses undo button on Wanda's character development and sends her back to the middle of WandaVision. I think anything other than Wanda turning into villain would have made this a better movie - admittedly not a high bar given my rating.

The titular multiverses appear for a few interesting minutes and those are the most interesting few minutes in the movie. I got thoroughly bored and decided never to watch another MCU movie in the theatre. (I have watched all MCU movies since Avengers 2012 to Avengers : Endgame in the theatres)

what a absolute load of crap
What a load of absolute crap

do you really need to make this checkbox movies.

There is no scenario. No story

Don't even burn your time on this I want my time and money back

they just wanted to repeat success with copying from old movies but this time who ever wrote the script did not even had a high school drama teacher. They checked some diversity check boxes and throw random CG graphics with absolute no story they are doing this to all dying franchise, hoping that will work forever.

The dialogue, omg, the are written by someone who never watched a good movie or had ever a conversation with a human.

    My Scorecard (6.5)
Doctor strange in the Multiverse of Madness is a well made film, nothing to say about it, but, as all Marvel movies, is produced for a young audience and this brings problems. Plot problems.

The first of the many problems in the plot is that the "bad guys" are almost always unreasonable and too straightforward in them being "bad".

Antagonist Scarlet witch, as a character, feels super stupid and blindfolded, so stubborn in fullfilling her twisted dream that didn't see herself changing into a monster despite it being easily foreseeable by her. A mother is always a mother, even in front of other mothers' children, SO, even understanding her sorrow and the corruption caused by the Darkhold, I still find her impossible to empathize with.

Another problem arose when Wanda killed the strongest people in all the freaking Illuminati universe in just 5 minutes, without even flinching and going at them all together. Power levels are literally nonexistent. At this point she is just Thanos level strong, and that's simply unacceptable.

Even if she could fly, she chose to chase Strange and America by feet while one of her legs was broken, and she still managed to keep their pace.

    Utterly outragious plot choices.

Other than that, CGI was on point, the special effects were pretty good, camera angles and transitions fit well in the movie theme.

I'm sorry but this time story was lacking REAL depht.

    SCORECARD

In a range from 1 to 5, i'll give a value to each entry written below. The final mark will be the weighted sum of each fraction:

    Subject (2.5) = 2/5 Development of the Subject (1.5) = 4/5 Direction/Screenplay (2) = 5/5 Attention (1) = 5/5 Recitation (1.5) = 3/5 Musical Score (0.5) = 4/5

    Final Mark: (2.5 x 2/5) + (1.5 x 4/5) + (2 x 5/5) + (1 x 5/5) + (1.5 x 3/5) + (0.5 x 4/5) = 6.5.

    I gave 6 cos the film doesn't deserve a 7.

I literally created an imdb account just so that I could write how horrible this movie is.
Yeah, it's pretty horrible. Dark, not at all funny, and just downright bad. I I literally created an IDMB account just so that I could write how bad this movie is. There are not enough words in the English language for me to communicate to you, the reader, just how bad this movie is. I actually wish I had the infinity stone that lets you travel back in time so that I could travel back to a time where I didn't watch this movie. This is time I will never get back. Dark. Demonic. Full of weird symbolism but no substance. Boring. Predictable. The film nees to be burnt, and any digital copies shredded. Then, any storage media that the digital copies were on should be destroyed so that there is no chance of this movie somehow being recovered by that one elite hacker bent on subjecting the world to this trash. Yes, it's that bad. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

And if you're still reading this, Jesus loves you. While I can't save you from watching this horrible film if you've already seen it, He alone has the power to save much much more.

Wow...they really messed this one up
Marvel/Disney continues their ideological indoctrination. Movie audiences are the collateral damage. Special effects are substandard. Dialogue is poor. Acting overall is bad but in some cases quite atrocious. There's little here that even remotely resembles the old Marvel...you know, good verses evil and our heroes (be they male or female or alien, overcome their challenges to see "good" prevail in the end. I really believe that Stan Lee would be absolutely appalled at what they've done to his legacy. Overall, and this is the most important part, the movie fails to entertain...and that's all audiences are really looking for in a sci-fi, fantasy style movie.
